For your convinience and for tracking your request, a free account will be created on myvenue.gr if your email is not already registered.

Your enquiry might be answered one (1) day after the first working day of the week since not all venue managers are tracking and responding to requests during the weekend.

Please be informed with regards to our platform and service that in collaboration with our member venues, we follow certain procedures so that you receive a response to the requests addressed directly to the venues in a time period not exceeding a maximum of 48 hours (2-working days- ie 4 days in total if Saturday and Sunday mediates). Therefore we would like to let you know that if there is any possible delay from the Venue Responses to your requests, it does not comply with the service standards that we have and that we are constantly working on speeding up the whole procedure the soonest possible.
