All facilities are state of the art and services are available to match any need. “Palco” is the name by which this large industrial 5000 sqm building has been known for in the last decades, named after the company that until the 1980th was the larger Greek producer of underwear and T-shirts. Through the economic changes in the 1980th and manufacturing migrating out of Greece, the building became one of the prominent remains of the area’s industrial past.
