Mediterranean – Japanese fusion cuisine and recipes paired with Veuve Clicquot Champagne by executive chef Spyros Melanitis and his team is a 2022 unique flavour journey to have and share! Combining fresh fish, local Cycladic produce and modern techniques, Soros Beach Antiparos delivers overwhelming satisfaction, starting in the morning at 08:30 with breakfast and lasting all the way into the night. This summer, we are also proud to introduce a raw bar along with classic and signature sushi creations, served on the beach and at our restaurant area starting at 13:00 and until 23:00.
