Space

Ground Floor

On the ground floor, you'll find a spacious living room equipped with a grand piano, an electric fireplace that adds a touch of warmth and elegance, and a cable smart TV for your entertainment. The adjacent dining area offers comfortable seating for up to 8 people, making it perfect for hosting intimate gatherings and corporate meals. The well-appointed kitchen on this level is a chef's dream, providing all the space and amenities you need for culinary endeavours. Additionally, there's a convenient guest WC for added comfort and practicality during your stay.

First Floor

On the first floor, you'll find a luxurious en-suite master bedroom with a king-sized bed, a walk-in closet, and a warming fireplace. Another en-suite bedroom boasts a generous queen-sized bed. Additionally, there are two double bedrooms with a shared bathroom and a balcony. A well-equipped study with a desk and a 65-inch smart TV completes this level.

Second Floor

The second floor features a cozy living room with a fireplace and a private balcony that offers scenic views of the pool. There's also a dining area for your convenience. Two charmingly decorated bedrooms with double beds share a bathroom and access to a common balcony. The floor also includes a well-equipped kitchen for your culinary needs.

Sunny Basement

The sunny basement includes a compact living area, a bedroom with a bunk bed (double on top, single on the bottom), a bathroom, a kitchenette, and even a treadmill and table football for your entertainment. Additionally, there's a billiards room, a private bathroom for the sauna, and a wine cellar to cater to your leisure and relaxation needs.

Guests enjoy unrestricted access to all areas of the villa, with the exception of the loft.
The venue has a maximum capacity of 50 guests.
